Here we have an 1895 ad for Triumph bikes.
Triumph were founded in 1885 when a German gent, a Herr Bettmann, began importing and selling European bikes in London. He went on to making bikes, then motor bikes and cars.
Next and last we have a TR7 which was the last genuine Triumph to be made.
Having been started by a German, Triumph ended with one. The name is owned by BMW.
